Aren’t you tired of searching, reading, implementing or even downloading fake FarmVille cheats and hacks that are not working?! If so. This article will be your one-stop reading which will teach you how to gain experience points and in-game money like crazy, and how to fasten your harvest procedures.

Ok, if you are one of those 60 millions people who enjoyed playing FarmVille (blame FaceBook and Zynga for making you crazy about this game), of course you know that when you visited your neighbors’ farms you’ll be offered to help them to get the rid out of some rats, and to do so, you just need to click an “OK” button on the offer popped up window, and you’ll received some bunch of experience points to level up along with some little amount of money.

Sure gaining experience points and money that way is easy. Perhaps one of the easiest. Rather than doing plant, and plow it as soon as possible (besides, its a waste of money). However, you can do it once in every 24 hours per neighbors. Sure you might have 2,916 neighbors, but still, it’s tiring to keep on visiting them one-by-one, moving your cursors up and down, clicking the “OK” buttons, and waiting for the application to load every time you move from one farms to another.

But what happen if you just taking an advantage over that loading time? Yup, the one that will happen every time you clicked on someone else’s farms? Hmm, this is what will happen:

First, click on the neighbor you’re willing to visit.

Straight away after you click the visit button, click that neighbor’s picture once again (must click the same person you’ve visited) – so that you can visit her again, even when the offer window opened already.

When you did that successfully, you’ll see that you actually visited her farm twice.

Do it over and over again, just as many as you want, then stopped when you think you’ve got it enough. Then start clicking on the “OK” buttons as you usually do when you’re accepting your neighbors offers to get the rid out of the raccoons. You’ll see multiple offers are actually there, its not visible because the windows popped up on the top of the previous ones.

You don’t believe me?
Ok, look at the money that I’ve got back in the first picture – it were 293 golds right? And I was in level one, with just one neighbor and no crops planted at all. Compare that first picture with this one. Look at how much money did I’ve earned from just visiting a single neighbor and how many levels have I jumped up in just 3 minutes of doing this cheat.

True. I just jumped up for two levels, and earned 100 golds (5 times than the usual visits) from just visiting one neighbors. Interesting enough? Well, the best part of this cheat is, this isn’t a fake and is perfectly worked even now!

Believe me, I’m just as tired as you, searching, reading, implementing, or even downloading fake hacks and cheats for FarmVille. That’s why I decided to experiment it by myself and found it like that.

As for the cheat to make your character farm, plow, and harvest faster than the usual time, you can just go buy some cheap stuffs (I will suggest a decoration), which able to make the character stuck.

Move your character somewhere far from the land, and lock his way. Something like this:

Start doing your things (farming activities). Since the character stuck away from the land, it won’t be able to move there to do the things, however, just like Cafe World’s chefs when it got stuck (Telling out the truth, I’ve got this idea at first since I played Cafe World), it still do his/her things, cooking, and everything – same as the waitresses. And judging from how long will it takes usually, for your FarmVille character to do his things (believe me, when it’s a huge land you’ve got, it will takes forever for him to finishes things), this method will works just perfect, especially in decreasing your anger down, when you’re in a hurry.

How’s that interesting for you? You do not need to become an addict anymore in order to level up fast and collecting all the money and other things in FarmVille, just think differently and you’ll find it easier.

While I strongly advise using hacks at a minimum especially when it comes to CSS there is a time and a place for them, especially when you need a quick way to target a browser other than Internet Explorer.

CSS Hacks: The Problem

Most standards favoring browsers (Firefox, Opera & Safari) have no method of targeting CSS to the specific browser while Internet Explorer, the buggiest browser, has a completely safe and easy method of serving CSS/HTML to only IE.

The Setup

To show that the hacks are working correctly I created 6 paragraphs with their specific browser/version identifier within them. This will let you know that the hack is working correctly

Opera 7.2 – 9.5

Safari

Firefox

Firefox 1 – 2

IE 7

IE 6

Next I automatically hid all P tags:

Targeting Internet Explorer With CSS Using Conditional Comments

The easiest way to target IE is with conditional comments. There is a robust syntax that Microsoft has created to allow authors to do this. I’m not going to go into detail about this since it has been re-hashed a million times by other bloggers but here are two alternatives to parser CSS hacks:
<!–[if IE 7]> <![endif]–> <!–[if IE 6]> <![endif]–>

Targeting Internet Explorer With CSS Using Parser Hacks

I wouldn’t recommend using these hacks since conditional comments are really, really easy to use but if you want to keep all your CSS in one file here is an alternative. Note that the IE7 hack will only apply to IE7 because IE6 does not understand the > selector. It should also be noted that no other browser will recognize this hack.
/* IE 7 */ html > body #ie7 { *display: block; } /* IE 6 */ body #ie6 { _display: block; }

Targeting Firefox With CSS

The first hack targets only Firefox 1 and 2 by using the body:empty hack. The second hack, which is quite clever target all versions of Firefox by using the proprietary extension -moz. -moz combined with the -document url-prefix() which by the way is used by Firefox Addon creators targets Firefox and Firefox alone. I’ve found that by using proprietary extensions to CSS, as hacks, usually means the most surefire way to target individual browsers without having to worry about another browser possibly parsing the CSS.
/* Firefox 1 – 2 */ body:empty #firefox12 { display: block; } /* Firefox */ @-moz-document url-prefix() { #firefox { display: block; } }

Targeting Safari With CSS

The Safari CSS hack works similar to the Firefox hack because it uses a Safari proprietary extension to CSS. By using the -webkit prefix we can target Safari and only Safari.
/* Safari */ @media screen and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio:0) { #safari { display: block; } }

Targeting Opera With CSS

The Opera CSS hack works because of negation in CSS. Currently I feel this hack is the weakest of all the hacks I’ve listed simply because it’s targeting ALL browsers that support -min-device-pixel-ratio that aren’t -webkit. It will only be a matter of time before Firefox supports this and this hack will then most likely apply to Firefox as well.
/* Opera */ @media all and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio:10000), not all and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio:0) { head~body #opera { display: block; } }

Putting It All Together:

CSS Browser Hacks

Opera 7.2 – 9.5

Safari

Firefox

Firefox 1 – 2

IE 7

IE 6
